1. Introduction to the Anahaw Broadcasting System
   • Decentralized Broadcasting Box using permissioned Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) 
   • Time-Series Data per Location is extracted and packetized for real-time analysis & settlement
   • PLDT carrier (via their internal .smart domain) with AWS Streaming 
2. Media and Data Distribution for Smart Cities
   • Use Case 1: Remote Monitoring of Locations (e.g. Buildings, Cell Towers, Construction Sites)
   • Use Case 2: LGU Dashboard (e.g. Air/Water Quality, Traffic, Covid, Energy Efficiency)
   • Use Case 3: Educational Broadcasting and Remote Assessment
   • Use Case 4: Interactive DOOH Advertising (deliver ads and measure audience interaction)
3. Point-of-Presence Network (pop.network)
   • Needs partners who own sites and have user communities that consume media and data 
   • GS1-compliant tagging (using Global Location Numbers, Global Service Relation Numbers)
   • Smart Contract settlement based on oracles (which are observable, immutable, & consistent)
